Overview
If you change your mind about your purchase, please return, unused to us within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or full refund excluding shipping cost. If items have been used we will not be able to offer a full or partial refund.
We recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you as we are small business.

Please note: due to hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns for our Body Butter and Glow Scrub.
We will accept return for our soap if it is unused and still in its original packaging.
How long will it take to process my refund?
Once your order has arrived back safely with us we will process your refund, excluding the original delivery cost within 14 days.
What if my order is faulty?
Every effort is made to ensure that your order is of the highest standard when hand packing them ourselves but in the event that there is a problem please get in touch by emailing enquiry@sheabeauties.co.uk and we will endeavour to correct it as quickly as possible. You are responsible for inspecting the goods on delivery. Any damage or faults must be reported to the delivery driver and annotated on any paperwork at the point of delivery. Once goods have been delivered and signed for, you are liable for any subsequent damage or loss.
Undelivered Orders
Orders that have been returned by the courier because the orders have not been called for, refused, or have an incorrect address, once returned to us will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Wrong Delivery Addresses
Delivery addresses are entered by the customer, we accept no responsibility for this as we have no control over the address that is entered. If the wrong address is entered and the parcel is delivered to that address, we can not resend the parcel. If the parcel is returned back to us from the wrong address, we can resend the parcel to the correct address if you are happy to pay for the cost of redelivery.
Making a return or refund request:
Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order if you have any queries regarding your order. If you wish to return a product please email first us at enquiry@sheabeauties.co.uk so we can help. Remember to include the reason for the return.
We are only able to accept certain items up to 14 days from when the order has been placed and dispatched. Due to the nature of our products, there are many that we are unable to accept back due to hygiene reasons, so please contact us first before you send products back to us.
If there are any issues or you are unhappy with your order for any reason please do not hesitate to contact us as we’ll get back to you right away with a solution, however, we can not accept the return of used products due to personal preference (smell, taste, texture, etc.) This is at our discretion so please get in touch before sending any products back to us.
Allergic Reaction Policy:
We hope you have the most fantastic experience with our products. However everyone’s skin is different and as with all skincare, reactions are possible. Due to this we are not responsible for any reaction as this is down to the individual’s skin not the product itself.
Again with any form of skincare or cosmetics always do a patch test and wait 24 hours, if an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek medical advice if severe. All of the ingredients are on the product page, read them carefully to make sure you don’t have a known allergy to a specific ingredient.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 24 hour period.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds can take up to 7 days to process and show in your Bank Account -this is entirely dependent on your bank. If you have not received a refund yet, first check your Bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or Bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
