Orders and Shipping

This depends largely on the postage option you selected and the speed of delivery by Royal Mail and the other courier service we used for delivery abroad.

We have published the estimated delivery options on the Checkout page and their respective costs to manage your expectation.

No, you do not need to create an account when making a one-off purchase.

Creating an account means you do not need to enter your  your Shipping address each time you wish to make a purchase. This is stored securely for you to use for subsequent product ordering.

How do I create an account?

  1. Click ‘Account’ which appears at the top right hand side of the website
  2. Enter your email address and then click the ‘Register’ button at the bottom of the form.
  3. A password will be generated and sent to your email address
  4. Click on the link included in the email to change your password.

How do I log into my account?

  1. Enter your email address followed by your password
  2. Click on ‘Log in’ 

You can’t remember your password?

Click on the ‘Lost Your Password?’ link to generate another password.

Once an order has been processed and dispatched for delivery, it is not possible to change your address thereafter. 

Once an order is placed, we’ll send you 2 mails to help you track your order and manage your expectations

  1. The first email is to acknowledge the receipt of your order.
  2. The second email is to inform you that your order has been dispatched.

If you selected and paid for the ‘Signed for’ delivery option, we’ll mail you the delivery tracking details.  

We take your security very seriously. We do not store credit card or bank details on our server. Stripe, the well-known international payment platform, manages all payments for us.

If you selected payment by PayPal, then PayPal manages your payment.

However, before making any purchase or providing us with any details, you will be asked to read our Privacy Policy and agree to our Terms and Conditions.

We apply all legal and relevant taxes on our product which is essentially VAT

Yes we do ship to destinations outside the United Kingdom. Please get in touch and we can advise if your Country is in the list we ship to.
